Asembla

How a node sends its map

Nodes build their own map and send it to Asembla whenever it changes.

Updated 2026-10-15

Each node builds its own map of everything it can do and sends the whole map, signed, to its Asembla address. Asembla stores each version and draws the node map under Automatic Mapping.

  • Send the complete map each time, not only the changes.
  • Increase version every time, for example 2026-10-14.1.
  • Sending it again updates the map but keeps anything you switched off in Asembla switched off.
