Connecting over MCP

Let Asembla discover and call a node's tools over Model Context Protocol.

  1. 1Put the node's MCP server address in Settings → MCP URL.
  2. 2Open the platform page and press Read tools. Each tool becomes a block.
  3. 3Run those blocks like any other action; the node's normal hub key is sent.

Note

A 401 from an MCP server usually means the hub key is missing. Asembla itself becoming an MCP server is on the roadmap.
